I ordered from thedarkknot.com expecting the tie to feel a bit more premium for what they charge. It looked decent and the packaging was nice, but once I actually had it in hand, it didn’t feel much different from cheaper ties I’ve bought elsewhere.
Shipping was fine, so no real complaint there, but the fabric and finishing just didn’t match the price in my opinion. I also found their email replies kind of frustrating, like I was getting answers from a robot instead of an actual person. Overall, not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy again unless there was a big discount.
